Guild members are professionals who have who have attended training and have passed a comprehensive exam to ensure the highest standards. Members have made a commitment to the uphold the Guild’s code of Professional Ethics and to the Uniform Standards of the Professional Appraisal Practice. Each member has been trained in the expert witness area with special emphasis on testifying in the court system. All of our appraisals are in the strictest confidence of the principal.
